Frequently Asked Questions

What are your fees?

Life Coaching sessions are charged at £95 and are typically an hour long, although the first session is usually a little longer.

Reiki sessions are £60 for an hour.

Life Coaching and Reiki together are £130 for 2 hours.

What is coaching?

Life coaching is working with a client to help them become the best that they possibly can. By establishing goals we can start to work together to create the life you want and deserve; resulting in more success, confidence, happiness and fulfilment.

Is Life Coaching the same as counselling?

Yes and No. It is the same in so much as it helps people primarily through talking to improve their lives and can draw on similar philosophies, theories and concepts. However, whereas counselling tends to look at what happened in the past to get you where you are now, Life Coaching tends to look at where you want to be in the future and how to achieve that goal.

How does coaching work?

You contact me, we have a little chat on the phone/e-mail and then make an appointment. This will often be online for your convenience. During the initial session we identify what issues you would like to address. Sometimes this isn't always obvious but we work together to establish achievable and realistic goals. This helps us recognise the progress that you are sure to make.

What areas do you cover?

It would be easier to say areas I don't cover. Everything you have already seen listed on this site as well as motivation, procrastination, anger management, parenting, addiction, phobias, and mindfulness. The list is virtually endless. The easiest way to be sure is to drop me a quick email with your query and I can be more specific.

Is Life coaching for me?

YES. Life coaching is for everyone. Whether you are experiencing a current problem, want to improve your life, or maintain a healthy mindset. I once had a client who having worked through some serious issues continued to see me once a month on the same day as his chiropractor, as he said "one for his body and one for his mind maintenance"
