Depression, anxiety and Stress are all too common in today's frantic world. I help clients to understand what is going on inside their heads and what they can do to make real and lasting changes to accomplish the peace and happiness they desire and deserve.

Stress
Everyone gets stressed and some stress can be good but if it’s making you miserable then things can be done to really help.  You don’t have to live with stress, I can help you learn to relax and cope more easily with the stress of life, with fast, effective and practical tools to really make a life-changing difference.

Depression

I think we have all been touched by depression, either personally or by friends and family suffering. Depression can be the worst thing ever, feeling like a black hole with no way out. But this really doesn't have to be the case. I have worked with so many people who felt helpless yet still managed to find a way through. With my help, support and guidance you won't be alone.

Anxiety
Anxiety can come on quickly or build gradually over time, it’s not something to be taken lightly. Most often I use CBT to overcome anxiety but I always tailor my practice to individuals specific needs. Just the act of taking the first step to a positive recovery can make you feel a whole lot better.

Confidence
Confidence comes from within. What you put out you get back. Fear can stop us from being and feeling confident. Fear of what others may think, how we may look, what might happen. Even  fear of success can be a block. Learned behaviour can hold us back and fear can keep us there. I can help you break this cycle and grow your confidence.
